Group leaders can be teachers, life coaches, therapists, executive coaches, book club leaders, work group leaders, or anyone who wants to form a group based on particular interests.

When teachers set up groups, they usually represent a class so that students can have access to the contributions of other students in the class. In this part of the website, group leaders can also see notes that their students have shared with only the teacher or with the entire class.

Coaches can create groups of clients who can support each other while reading the same book. Executive coaches and life coaches often don’t have time in their one-on-one sessions to teach strategies that would be helpful to their clients.

Coaches frequently recommend books. Sometimes, they even give their clients assignments to read particular parts of books. In this section of our website, coaches can read what their clients are learning and what intentions they have set.

Coaches can also set up one or more support groups so that their clients can also share with each other the contributions they have created when doing an eConnect book.

Group leaders can be also be work group mentors, book club leaders, or support group leaders and they have the same abilities as coaches or teachers to set up groups and view the contributions of these group members and communicate directly with them.

Once a coach, teacher, or group leader has created a group, potential members will be notified and given the option to join the group. If a potential group member has not purchased or registered their eConnect book, they can still be invited to join the group. All invitations will be by email.
